Refund policy

At QOFFAH we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help you with a return or exchange.

Returns:

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@qoffah.com or via our store contact form to request a return.
  2. Let us know the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or a store credit.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds & Store Credit:

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be for the product price only, minus any shipping fees.
  • Once your return request has been approved, you must ship the item within seven (7) calendar days of approval. Failure to do so will result in the return authorization being canceled.
  • If you choose a store credit, it will include the full value of your returned item (shipping costs not included).

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards, personalized items, and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will cover the cost of return shipping and make it right.
